Ecumenical Collaborations
A meeting of 20 delegates from 11 Bible Societies and UBS–Partnerships and the Catholic Church was held at MercureHotels, Hanoi, Vietnam on 17-18 July 2018. The Executive Secretary of the CCBI Commission for Bible was invited to this meeting as a participant and as resource person. The day before the actual meeting (on 16thJuly 2018), a team of 11 APCA (Asia Pacific Catholic Affinity) members met with Cardinal Peter Nguyen Van Nhon, Hanoi, in his residence. There the Executive Secretary narrated the Biblical Pastoral Ministry that is carried out in India. The Cardinal was very much appreciative of it.
